Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure your return is received by us safely. Nozzle Alchemy will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets our return policy criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you can return the original item and place a new order for the desired item separately.
