Return Policy Duration: Products purchased from our website can be returned within 30 days from the date of receipt.

General Return Requirements: If you wish to return an item, please ensure that:

• Integrity: All parts of the product should be intact.

• Accompanying Items: All items that were included in the original package, such as cords, cables, remote controls, manuals, warranty and rebate cards, free gifts, or bonus items, must be returned.
• Tags & Labels: Items should have their original tags, labels, and/or any accompanying materials that were included at the time of purchase.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
